Get Started


A component is an event or occurrence that initiates a flow according to a specified flow definition. Components are the basic building blocks of a call flow, such as Input IVR, Calendar-based rules, Play Audio, and so on.

On the “Preferences” tab of the component you can configure the settings and variables specific to each component. And, on the “Exits” tab, you can choose the component or components that will come next in the flow, when the specified conditions are met. There are multiple components available that you can add and configure to suit your needs.
