Business Hours Only IVR

With the Time Based Rules componentcomponent - Components are the basic building blocks of a call flow. There are multiple components available that you can add and configure to suit your needs. Check the full list of available components in the "Studio Components" section of this guide., you can create one route that takes the caller to an IVR if the call is received inside business hours, and another route that prompts the caller to leave a voicemail if the call is received outside business hours.
