Account Settings that Impact Studio
All these account-level settings can be found in Admin > Preferences.
Setting | Impact |

Blocklist | Flows will be affected by this account setting. |
Business Hours | If the flow doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes. |
Device Settings | Single Device Mode needs to be enabled. |
Filter Short Abandoned Calls | This is used in Studio for reporting purposes. |
Holiday Hours | Does the flow have business hours configured in a Time-Based Rules component? Yes: What comes after the component will follow the component’s rules. What comes before will use the Holiday Hours setting. If the Holiday Hours are not defined, the account-level Business Hours will be used. No: The Holiday Hours setting will be used. If this is not defined, the account-level Business Hours will be used. Note: In these scenarios, the account-level Holiday Hours and Business Hours settings are only used for reporting purposes. |
Inbound Call Recording | If the flow doesn't have a Record component configured, this account setting will be used. If the Forward to external number component is used in a flow, the account setting doesn't work. |
Service Level Threshold | This account setting is used in Studio for reporting purposes. |
Timezone | If the flow doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes. |
