Account Settings that Impact Studio
All these account-level settings can be found in Admin > Preferences.
| Setting | Impact |

| Blocklist | Flows will be affected by this account setting. |
| Business Hours | If the flow doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes. |
| Device Settings | Single Device Mode needs to be enabled. |
| Filter Short Abandoned Calls | This is used in Studio for reporting purposes. |
| Holiday Hours | Does the flow have business hours configured in a Time-Based Rules component?

| Inbound Call Recording | If the flow doesn't have a Record component configured, this account setting will be used. If the Forward to external number component is used in a flow, the account setting doesn't work. |
| Service Level Threshold | This account setting is used in Studio for reporting purposes. |
| Timezone | If the flow doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes. |
