Account Settings that Impact Studio

All these account-level settings can be found in Admin > Preferences.

Flows will be affected by this account setting.

Business Hours

If the flowflow - A flow represents the full lifecycle of a call. It is a road map to how calls will be handled from the moment they enter the phone system to the end of the call. doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes.

Device Settings

Single Device Mode needs to be enabled.

Filter Short Abandoned Calls

This is used in Studio for reporting purposes.

Holiday Hours

Does the flowflow - A flow represents the full lifecycle of a call. It is a road map to how calls will be handled from the moment they enter the phone system to the end of the call. have business hours configured in a Time-Based Rules component?

  • Yes: What comes after the component will follow the component’s rules. What comes before will use the Holiday Hours (HH) setting. If the HH are not defined, the account-level Business Hours (BH) will be used.

  • No: The HH setting will be used. if it’s not defined, the account-level BH will be used.

Note: In these scenarios, the account-level HH and BH settings are only used for reporting purposes.

Inbound Call Recording

If the flowflow - A flow represents the full lifecycle of a call. It is a road map to how calls will be handled from the moment they enter the phone system to the end of the call. doesn't have a Record component configured, this account setting will be used.

If the Forward to External Number component is used in a flow, the account setting doesn't work.

Service Level Threshold

This account setting is used in Studio for reporting purposes.

Timezone
