Account Settings that Impact Studio

Business Hours

If the flowFlow - Actions performed during the lifecycle of a call. doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes.

Device Settings

Single Device Mode needs to be enabled.

Filter Short Abandoned Calls

This is used in Studio for reporting purposes.

Holiday Hours

Does the flowFlow - Actions performed during the lifecycle of a call. have business hours configured in a Time-Based Rules component?

  • Yes: What comes after the component will follow the component’s rules. What comes before will use the Holiday Hours setting. If the Holiday Hours are not defined, the account-level Business Hours will be used.

  • No: The Holiday Hours setting will be used. If this is not defined, the account-level Business Hours will be used.

Note: In these scenarios, the account-level Holiday Hours and Business Hours settings are only used for reporting purposes.

Inbound Call Recording

If the flowFlow - Actions performed during the lifecycle of a call. doesn't have a Record component configured, this account setting will be used.

If the Forward to external number component is used in a flow, the account setting doesn't work.

Service Level Threshold

This account setting is used in Studio for reporting purposes.

Timezone

If the flowFlow - Actions performed during the lifecycle of a call. doesn't have a Time-Based Rules component configured, this account setting will be used for reporting purposes.
