Calendar Based Rules

In the Calendar-based rules componentcomponent - Components are the basic building blocks of a call flow. There are multiple components available that you can add and configure to suit your needs. Check the full list of available components in the "Studio Components" section of this guide. you can not only define holidays and route calls accordingly but also select a specific routing for the days when the expected number of calls differs significantly (e.g., Black Friday).
