Calendar Based Rules

In the Calendar-based rules component - component - Event or occurrence that initiates a flow according to a specified flow definition. Components are the basic building blocks of a call flow, such as Input IVR, Calendar-based rules, Play Audio, and so on. You can check the full list of available components in the Studio Components section of this guide. you can not only define holidays and route calls accordingly but also select a specific routing for the days when the expected number of calls differs significantly (e.g., Black Friday).
