Exits by topics

List of topics that you want to detect. Each topic will have a dedicated exit that you can configure for the next step to be taken.
To add a topic, click on the Add Exit button.

No topics detected

Choose where to route, if the topic was not detected, from the given list of topics.

Timeout

Choose where to route if the caller doesn’t speak until timeout (default value of 45 seconds).

Error Handling

You can use the “Error Handling” section to define the behavior for unexpected failure during the execution of a component. For more information on this section, please refer to the "Error handling" documentation.
