Exits
On the Exits tab, you are able to configure the options of your IVR.
Custom Exits
For each exit you can:
● Set the key to be pressed by the caller.
● Choose a name for the exit. The name will be displayed on the flow to guide you.
● Define the next step of the flow that will be executed in case the caller presses this key.
To customize more exits, press Add Exit.

Timeout
You can configure the maximum time the system will wait for the caller to select an option, before redirecting the call to another component (or the same if applicable).

Invalid
If the caller presses a key that is not configured, the call will be directed to the component you choose.

Error Handling
You can use the “Error Handling” section to define the behavior for unexpected failure during the execution of a component. For more information on this section, please refer to the "Error handling" documentation.
