No answer

A match was found, and the agent was called, but they rejected the call, did not answer it, or the agent was offline. In this specific case, you will be able to specify which component should follow. You can, for example, send to another assignment request (to increase the chances of the call being handled), or send it to Voicemail.

No match

If none of the conditions are met and a match could not be found for the dial request, you can define what the next component will be.
