Connect to Autopilot Digital

With the Talkdesk Autopilot Studio component, you can redirect an incoming message to a given Autopilot. If necessary, escalate it to a human Agent (with the "Assign agents to message" component) in case the Autopilot is not prepared to handle the incoming question.

After the “Incoming Message” component, add the "Connect to autopilot digital" component to the flow and refer to Preferences and Exits to configure it.
