Inbound voice

If a blocklistblocklist - A blocklist is a list of phone numbers which will automatically receive a busy signal when they dial into one of your numbers. You can use a blocklist to prevent bots, spam callers or any other unsolicited number from reaching your company. In case an incoming call from an unknown phone number reaches the Inbound voice, a contact will be automatically created in Talkdesk. For more information on contact creation, please visit our Contacts page.
