Destination Flow Select the flow to which the call will be transferred from the Flow drop-down menu under Target Flow. This field is required, and the node cannot be saved without a destination. The list shows all inbound voice flows that are accessible based on the account and permissions.
Notes
- The destination flow must be published. Before publishing, check that the destination flow's Incoming Call node has context mappings configured if you want to receive variables from this flow.
- If the destination flow is changed or deleted after configuring this node, review the Transfer to Flow node in every flow that references it, so calls do not fail at the Error exit.
